Senior Partner and CEO
Steve Krupp, DSI’s CEO, is driven by a passion for understanding what makes organizations tick. “I like to get at the disconnections that undermine a company’s potential to succeed, and to help them see how open dialogue and risk taking can make a difference in how they lead in the face of uncertainty and design strategic change.”
The clients Steve has worked with in his 25 years of organizational consulting include Astra Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Siemens, United Airlines, BlackRock, PepsiCo, Foster Wheeler, PPL, Timken, Monsanto, Merrill Lynch, SABIC, Penn Mutual, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, MMC, and AmerisourceBergen. He is adept at intuiting an organization’s values, culture and strategy. He works with leaders to bring strategies to life, build high-performing teams, create succession plans and develop leaders who can flourish in the future.
Before joining DSI, Steve was a Senior Partner at Oliver Wyman Delta, where he led the Executive Talent Management business. He also held a senior leadership role at Right Management Consultants, an organization and executive development firm that acquired Key Management Strategies, a firm of which Steve was the co-founder and CEO.
Steve earned his Ph.D. from Temple University in Adult and Organizational Development. A respected thought leader, his voice is frequently heard in publications such as the Harvard Business School Press, Oliver Wyman Journal, and Chief Learning Officer and Talent Management Magazine.
