Principal
Jacqueline Claudia, a Principal at DSI, helps clients drive innovation and break through customer thinking in their organizations. “We begin with a nugget of an idea. We poke, prod and shape it into a solid business, and then comes the hard part – communicating the concept and turning it into a reality.” Jacqueline’s passion for achieving results with clients has been key to bringing about strategic change from the chief executive level to the line managers in DSI’s client organizations.
Jacqueline fine-tuned her craft as a consultant with Mitchell Madison Group, FutureBrand and Creative Good working with retail and financial services clients across the globe. Equally adept at managing a large-scale strategy project, running an executive workshop or directing customer experience research, she brings focus and attention to every engagement. “If you really work to understand the customer and serve their needs, you will always be on the right track.”
Jacqueline has helped a large number of clients, including Disney, Comcast, GlaxoSmithKline, Merrill Lynch, and Lockheed Martin, reassess their strategic direction by tirelessly bringing the voice of the customer and the external environment to the engagement. She loves to walk in the customer’s shoes, be they pointy stilettos, clean room booties, or muddy steel toed boots, and bring that perspective back to the board room. Her favorite moment in any project is when a client turns to her and says, “thank you for making me look good.”
Jacqueline received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. She leads the firm’s Innovation practice, and is deeply involved in the local venture community.
